US telecom T-Mobile US Inc has singed the power purchase agreement deal with the 160 MW of the 276 MW Solomon Forks wind project in Kansas.
The deal was signed with the North American unit of Engie, the developer of the project.
The other purchaser of the power output of the project is retailer Target Corp.
T-Mobile is also engaged with other renewable energy projects in Texas, Virginia, and Oklahoma.
