Thai company Super Energy Corporation has signed an agreement to acquire two wind farms in Vietnam for a total consideration of THB577 million (US$18.31 million).
The two projects involved are the 50 MW Gia Lai and the 200 MW Phu Yen wind farms.
The company will use its working capital to fund both acquisitions. Currently, both projects are in the process of securing licenses from Vietnamese state agencies.
