Statkraft AS has completed the sale of its 52.1% stake in the 255.6 MW Roan wind farm project to the Norwegian power company TronderEnergi and German utility operator Stadtwerke München.
The project consists of 71 wind turbines and was initially part of the 1,057 MW Fosen Vind wind complex in Norway. The buyers will collectively hold a 60% stake in the project with an initial 7.9% held by TrønderEnergi before the sale.
The financial information of the transaction was not disclosed.
