sPower, MCE completes construction of Antelope Expansion 2 solar project

sPower and MCE have completed the development and construction and started commercial operations of its 130 MWdc Antelope Expansion 2 solar photovoltaic farm located in Lancaster, California, USA. 

The project will sell its energy output to MCE under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement. While California is home to many large solar projects, this is the largest one completed to date in California with a Community Choice Aggregator (CCA).
