Solar Frontier closed acquisition of 150 MW Mustang Two solar PV project from Canadian Solar

Canadian Solar has closed the sale of the 150-MW/210-MWp Mustang Two solar photovoltaic farm to Solar Frontier Americas. The project is located in Kings County in California, USA. 

Solar Frontier Americas will handle the financing and operation of the plant which will commence its operation by 2020.The project has two power purchase agreements (PPAs) with Peninsula Clean Energy for 100 MW and with the Modesto Irrigation District for 50 MW.
