Singyes Solar changes name to China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Ltd

China Singyes Solar Technologies Holdings Ltd has changed its corporate name to China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Ltd.

The development becomes effective as of February 12, 2020, after Shuifa Energy Group Ltd holds the majority shareholding in the company. 

Shuifa Energy, through its subsidiary Water Development HK Holdings Co Ltd, has entered into an agreement to acquire almost 1.69 billion newly issued shares in China Singyes Solar in 2019. 

China Shuifa Singyes Energy is involved in the design and construction of curtain walls and building-integrated solar systems, as well as in the production of solar photovoltaic (PV) materials and solar thermal products. The company is based in Guangdong, China.
