The Serb Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina has awarded the development of the 60 MW solar photovoltaic facility located in the southern municipality of Bileca to UK-based EFT Group.
EFT Group has paid BAM700,000 (US$408,557) as the one-off fee for the concession of the BAM104 million (US$60.60 million) solar project. The concessionaire will also pay BAM0.0055 (US$0.00321) per kWh of the energy produced in the plant once it enters into commercial operation.
The project is expected to produce up to 84 GWh of energy per year.
The contract was signed Ministry of Energy of Serb Republic on July 14, 2020.
