SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust PLC has raised GBP100 million (US$128.998 million) through a placing of new ordinary shares.
A total of 97.1 million new ordinary shares will be issued at 103.0 pence per share pursuant to the placing.
The company is set to declare an interim dividend of 2.5 pence per share in respect of the six month period to September 30.
SEEIT operates as an investment company that focuses on investments in energy efficiency and decentralized energy generation projects, as well as offers risk and portfolio management services.
