Scout Clean Energy signs PPA deal with MMPA for 200 MW wind project in Jackson Country

The Scout Clean Energy has announced the completion of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Minnesota Municipal Power Agency (MMPA) for the purchase of 200 MW of renewable energy from the Three Waters Wind Farm (Three Waters) in Jackson County, Minnesota.  

The project will feature up to 71 GE 2.82MW turbines spread across about 18,200 hectares. The Construction is expected to start in 2021.

The project is expected to be operational by late-2021.
