Risen Energy wins 165 MW solar panel deal for Anantapur solar PV project in Andhra Pradesh

Sprng Energy and an Actis group company have purchased an additional 165 MW of solar PV modules from Risen Energy, as part of the Anantapur Solar project, for supplying power to AP State through NTPC at a competitive price of INR2.72/kWh (US$0.04/kWh).

The 250 MW solar photovoltaic (PV) project is located in Andhra Pradesh, India.
