RIC Energy has completed the sale of its 115 MWp solar photovoltaic project in Spain to the investment manager Everwood Capital.
Everwood has closed the deal through its renewable energy Fund IV which now owns more than 1,000 MWp of projects. The solar farm will be constructed in the project of Toledo in Castilla-La Mancha and will be connected to a substation in the Madrid region once operational.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
