Midavaal local municipality (MLM) in South Africa has launched a request for qualification (RFQ) seeking a private partner to finance, design, management, operation, maintenance, and expansion of the MLM electricity distribution network and the provision of electricity distribution services in the MLM supply area. The concessionaire will be responsible for all core distribution functions as well as non-core electricity-related municipal services.
The deadline to submit the qualifications is July 24, 2020.
