Zakat Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), in collaboration with the National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP), announced the launch of the development of a hybrid power plant at Empty Quarter (Rub’al Khali) land port, Saudi Arabia.
The project's goal is to reduce diesel fuel usage by leveraging renewable energy to meet the long-term power needs of the Empty Quarter land port through a public-private partnership (PPP) model, aligned with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
