Ministry of Energy & Water (MEW) in Afghanistan intends to develop a 40 MW Solar Power project generation facility at Hisar-e-Shahi Industrial Park of Nangarhar, Afghanistan by PPP using Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model and invites interested companies or consortia to submit Applications in response to the Prequalification Document, so that it may evaluate and shortlist those Applicants who shall be invited to respond to the RFP. As part of the RFP Stage,(MEW) will evaluate the Proposals submitted by the Shortlisted Bidders and appoint Preferred Bidders to undertake the Project.
A Pre-Application meeting will be organized on September 18, 2019 at Conference Room. The deadline to submit the response is October 16, 2019.
