Renova has reached financial close for its 74.8 MW Tokushima Tsuda Biomass Power Plant GK that will be built in Tokushima, Tokushima Prefecture, Japan.
The project is a joint venture of Renova Inc. (36.1%), Dairi Lumber Co. Ltd (1.9%), Genboku Co. Ltd (1.9%), Mitsubishi Electric Corporation (21.35%), NEC Capital Solutions (12.35%), Osaka Gas (33.5%), Tokushima Denki Sangyo Co., Ltd (1.9%).
Financial syndicate will be provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, The Awa Bank, Dai-ichi Life Insurance, Joyo Bank, Nippon Life Insurance Company, Shoko Chukin Bank, The Daishi Bank, The Nanto Bank, The Shiga Bank, and The Tokushima Bank, Ltd.
