Renova has announced that its Board of Directors has resolved to accept Brookfield's proposal. The Council also approved the grant to Brookfield of a new exclusivity period of 60 days, automatically extendable for a further 30 days, to finalize the documents of the transaction. The effective conclusion of the transaction will take place after the approval and approval of the governance of the company and its controllers, as well as following the fulfillment of conditions transactions
