Renova announced on Tuesday that the exclusivity period for negotiations has finaly expired after being extended once. The initial 60-day exclusivity period was announced on July 17 and was supposed to expire in mid-September, but Renova gave more time to Brookfield so it could carry out due diligence and negotiate a transaction
