India headquartered multinational Reliance Industries, through its subsidiary Reliance New Energy Solar Limited, has completed the acquisition of Norway headquartered module manufacturer REC Group.
REC Group was acquired from its previous owner China National Bluestar Group for a value of US$771 million.
