RCR Tomlinson Ltd has received a notice to proceed with the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works on the first stage of the project, following the completion of a final investment decision by Pacific Hydro. The developer has secured planning approval to expand the complex to up to 500 MW. The first 100 MW stage is slated for completion in the first quarter of 2019
