RCEA has selected a consortium containing Principle Power Inc, EDP Renewables, Aker Solutions Inc, HT Harvey & Associates and Herrera Environmental Consultants Inc to develop the project. Five other teams responded to the request for qualifications (RfQ) issued in February. RCEA and the consortium will be concluding a partnership agreement in the coming weeks and aim to submit the lease application before the summer
