Quercus Investment Partners Ltd is planning the divestiture of its 320 MW wind and solar portfolio in the UK, Spain, Italy and in Eastern Europe.
Part of the assets is held in a joint venture with Swiss Life Asset Managers.
Quercus will most likely sell the portfolio privately after the summer, instead of going through an auction.
The company did not disclose the price of the transaction.
