Quadran completes acquisition of EDF Polish unit

Quadran Polska, part of French renewable energy company Quadran International, has completed the acquisition of a unit of EDF that is responsible for the operation and maintenance of wind farms in Poland. 

The name of the company will now be changed to Quadran Polska Services with the closing of the deal. It will be responsible for the service of the Linowo and Rzepin wind farms that have a combined capacity of 106 MW that Quadran has bought from EDF.
