NPTC Ltd., formerly known as National Thermal Power Corporation Limited and government-owned company, has launched a request for proposals for the acquisition of solar photovoltaic assets in India for a cumulative capacity of 1 GW.
The offered PV asset(s) can be either a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) wherein the applicant intends to offer their 100% equity for sale to NTPC or it can be a standalone Asset(s) which the applicant intends to offer for possible acquisition by NTPC.
