NHOA to develop 30 MWh energy storage project in Cañete

NHOA has announced the award of a turn-key 30 MWh energy storage system for ENGIE Energía Perú in Chilca, Peru.

The battery-based energy storage system will be installed in the 800MW Chilca power plant. The system will contribute to the Peruvian grid stability by providing Primary Frequency Regulation services, as well as bring economic benefits by increasing the system efficiency.
