The state regulators of New Mexico has approved the land lease proposed by Pattern Renewables 2 LP for the 76 MW wind project.
The project will be built in about 16,442 acres of land in Torrance and Lincoln Counties. It will consist of about 29 or more wind turbines.
Once operational, the project will be connected to the Western Spirit renewable power transmission line.
