Mortenson starts the construction of Silicon Ranch's 86 MW solar project in Denton

Mortenson has started the construction of the 86 MWAC solar facility for Silicon Ranch, located in Jeff Davis County, Southern part of the state of Georgia, USA. 

Mortenson's scope of work includes civil, foundations, racking, modules, inverters, electrical collection systems, and balance of systems hardware. 

Once the project is completed, Silicon Ranch will provide the renewable power it generates at cost-competitive rates to Green Power EMC, a not-for-profit cooperative that supplies 38 Georgia Electric Membership Corporations (EMCs).
