MK Group and Alfi Green Energy Fund have secured funding for their 105.6 MW Krivaca wind farm project in eastern Serbia with a consortium led by Erste Group, the main creditor and agent.
The consortium consists of Raiffeisen Bank, NLB Group, and OeEB - the Development Bank of Austria. The actual financial arrangements were not disclosed.
According to a separate release, Axpo Holding has inked a ten-year PPA with the Krivaca wind farm.
The EUR155 million (1US$69 million) project will consist of 22 Nordex turbines. Construction is currently underway and the wind farm is anticipated to be completely operational by the end of 2023.
