Lundin Petroleum AB has divested 50 percent of its Metsälamminkangas wind farm project, in Finland to Sval Energi AS (Sval), a portfolio company of HitecVision.
Sval has acquired the 50 percent ownership of the wind project for US$100 million, which includes acquisition cost and future capital expenditure.
