JGC Corporation has completed the construction of two mega-solar power plant projects in the Tay Ninh province of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The two contracts, which were awarded to JGC and its subsidiary, JGC Vietnam, for the engineering, procurement and construction work for the projects were signed in May and July of 2018.
The power generation business using the constructed two Mega-solar plants is led by the TTC Group and the Gulf Energy Development PLC. The plants produce around 120 MW (DC), sufficient to power approximately 83,000 typical households per year.
