iSun Inc, a renewable energy developer and infrastructure firm operating in the US, has completed the acquisition of all of the intellectual property of Oakwood Construction Services Inc (OCS) and its affiliates for a total consideration of US$2.7 million.
The transaction allows iSun to enter into the utility-scale segment of the solar power industry. OCS is an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company that operates in Irving, Texas, USA, and is part of the Residential Construction Contractors Industry.
