Innergex has announced that five of the seven blocks of modules at the 250 MW Phoebe Solar park in Texas are already in operation. It will begin its commercial operation in the coming weeks.
The project has a 12-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Shell Energy North America for its entire output.
The construction costs on Phoebe Solar park amounted to US$337.7 million.
