Innergex divests stake in 204 MW Shannon wind project in Texas

Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. has completed the sale of its 50% interest in the Shannon wind facility for an undisclosed and non-material purchase price.

Located in Clay County, Texas, the wind project consists of 119 80-meter GE 1.7 MW turbines giving a combined generating capacity of roughly 204 MW.
