Iberdrola SA, through its unit Iberdrola Renovables France SAS, has agreed to acquire Aalto Power SAS from Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations and Aiolos SAS for a total consideration of EUR100.1 million (US$108.48 million).
Aalto Power SAS is a French company that owns and operates 118 MW of onshore wind farms and over 636 MW currently in the development pipeline.
The deal is subject to necessary customary conditions and approvals before closing.
