Iberdrola has begun construction on the El Pradillo wind complex in Zaragoza, with an installed capacity of 23 megawatts (MW). The project, developed in conjunction with Caja Rural de Navarra, represents an investment of EUR26 million (US$29.01 million) and is expected to enter into service at the end of this year.
