Gunkul Engineering buys 50 MWp Phong Dien II solar project from Bangjak Green Energy
Gunkul Engineering Pcl has taken over a solar farm in Vietnam at a cost of US$39.9 million. The transaction includes the purchase of 49% shares from Bangjak Green Energy and 51% of shares from two individual Vietnamese shareholders.
The firm became the sole owner of the Vietnam-based Doan Son Thuy Investment JSC (DST) and is ready to operate 50 MW Phong Dien II solar project in Hue.
