Gresham House Energy Storage Fund (GRID) Plc has completed the purchase of a 5 MW battery-only project in Wolverhampton, UK for a total consideration of GBP3.5 milllion (US$4.2 million) investment.
GRID has acquired the project from a vehicle owned by Gresham House DevCo Limited and Noriker Power Limited.
The project is one of the listed assets in Gresham House Energy Storage Fund’s initial public offering (IPO) prospectus.
