Gresham House buys 50 MW Wickham Market battery in Suffolk

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund (GRID) has completed the acquisition of the 50 MW Wickham battery project for GBP32.75 million (US$43.7 million).

It is located near Wickham Market in Suffolk, and has 50 MW/40 MW export/import capacity, and 74 MWh storage capacity. It is already connected to the distribution network, and a number of commissioning tests have been successfully completed.
