Genneia has announced the acquisition of the solar project. A 75% stake in the project has been transferred to Genneia. The transfer of the remaining 25% is subject to certain conditions precedent, such as authorization from the Secretary of Electric Energy and Argentina's wholesale electric market management company CAMMESA
