Falck Renewables starts operation of 74 MW Brattmyrliden wind project

Falck Renewables SpA has connected to the grid its 74 MW Brattmyrliden wind farm project and in the final stage before the start of the commercial operations. 

The wind farm is built in the municipality of Ornskoldsvik in Sweden. It consists of 19 Nordex's N133 wind turbines that can generate a combined annual energy output of 263.5 GWh. The turbines are currently in the final testing before the full commercial operation which is expected to be done before the end of the first quarter of 2021. 

Falck Renewables has secured a 10-year virtual power purchase agreement (VPPA) for 70% of the energy produced from the wind farm with Ball Corporation.
