Falck Renewables has closed the USD 4.5 million equity tax financing for its 5.99 MW direct current (DC) solar project located in Middleton, Massachusetts, USA.
The facility was acquired in February 2018 from HG Solar and has been completed in June.
The project supplies power to Middleton Electric Light District under a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) and sells Renewable Energy Credits in Massachusetts. Vector Cuatro, a unit of Falck, has been assigned for the management of the asset.
