Falck and ASCIA sign the acquisition of a wind farm in Castilla y León (Spain)

Falck Renewables has signed with ASCIA Renovables an agreement for the acquisition of a wind farm project located in Castilla y León. The project consists of 4 turbines for a total capacity of 10 MW and an expected output of 33 GWh/y.

The acquisition is structured in different steps (with an initial purchase of 49%), subject to a number of conditions precedent. Construction is expected to start by year-end. Commercial Operation is expected to be achieved in 4Q19. Ascia and Vector Cuatro, will provide asset management services to the plant once in operation.
