European Energy has signed an operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement with Solar Polaris to provide technical O&M services for the 70 MW Bredebro solar park in Denmark.
The agreement covers technical operations and maintenance services for the 70 MW solar park, including remote monitoring, reporting, maintenance coordination and on-site repair services. The scope includes both preventive and corrective maintenance activities aimed at supporting stable performance, operational reliability and optimisation of the facility. The services will be delivered through European Energy’s in-house asset management and operations business unit, which manages renewable energy assets across multiple markets in Europe and beyond. The Bredebro solar park is among the larger solar installations in Denmark and forms part of the continued expansion of corporate-backed renewable energy projects in the country.
European Energy has steadily expanded its asset management and operations & maintenance (O&M) business in line with the rapid growth of renewable energy capacity across Europe. The company delivers both technical and commercial management services for a diverse portfolio of solar and wind assets. Through this partnership, Solar Polaris will leverage European Energy's established O&M expertise while continuing to focus on its engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) capabilities, supporting efficient operations and optimized asset performance. Having recently completed a 50 MWp solar park and with a 115 MWp project scheduled for commissioning in autumn 2027, Solar Polaris expects the collaboration to create further opportunities for long-term value creation and future joint projects.
ENGIE and European Energy have entered into a cooperation agreement to advance the development of a large-scale renewable hydrogen project in Denmark.
