The technology solution company for waste gasification to energy projects, EQTEC plc, was selected as exclusive technology provider for two biomass power projects in California, USA. The EQTEC already signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Phoenix Biomass Energy, a power company based in California, last September 2018. Each projects will be supplied with EQTEC Gasifier Technology (EGT).
EQTC signed its 1st equipment purchase contract with Phoenix Energy, January this year. EQTEC will initially deliver the engineering design for Phoenix's first power plant within the next two months.
The 1st project has 3 MW output capacity while the other has 2 MW. The two contracts is being valued to EUR 10 million. Phoenix obtained all necessary documents, including necessary equity and debt financing for the projects.
