Engie has formed a joint venture with Acciona Industrial and Copsa that will undertake the civil works and electrical installations related to the project. Engie owns a 50% stake in the new company, while Acciona Industrial and Copsa equally share the remaining interest. Civil works are scheduled to be initiated in the first half of 2018 and the wind farms are expected to be up and running by March 2020
