Enel is holding talks with several lenders as it looks forward to securing financing for the project over the next few months. Roughly EUR 400 million (USD 463m) needed for the project and for the other facility in Murmansk will be financed by the company itself. Siemens Gamesa is meanwhile choosing between two or three locations deemed suitable for the production of components for the particular wind farm
