Enel Brasil Investimentos Sudeste SA has made a voluntary tender offer for 100% of the shares of Eletropaulo, offering to pay BRL28 (US$8.3) per share, conditioned on the purchase of a total number of shares equal to a stake of more than 50%. The total value of the deal is estimated at up to BRL4.7 billion (US$1.3 billion). Eletropaulo is now reviewing the terms and impacts of the offer together with its advisors and board of directors. The company will disclose its opinion on the offer to the market in 15 days
