Elliott Management Corporation intends to sell its 300 MW solar portfolio in Australia.
Estimated to be over AUD500 million (US$385 million), the solar assets include 98 MW Susan River PV park in Queensland, 75 MW Childers, and 132 MW Nevertire farms in New South Wales.
Elliott Management has contracted Azure Capital and the Bank of America to facilitate the potential deal.
