Elisa, a Finnish telecoms company, has signed a power purchase agreement (PPA) with Renewable Power Capital (RPC), to buy the output from the 44 MW Puutikankangas wind farm being built in the Municipality of Sievi in North Ostrobothnia, Finland.
The project consists of eight turbines and is expected to be operational in early 2023. It will start to deliver electricity to Elisa later that year.
Renewable Power Capital is a pan-European renewable energy investment platform established in 2020, majority-owned by CPP Investments.
