The European Bank of Reconstruction and Development's provision of a senior long-term loan to finance the construction of the 105 MW wind farm located in the Mitrovica Municipality in Northern Kosovo has passed final review and is pending for board approval.
The project will be implemented by Sowi Kosovo LLC, a special purpose vehicle owned by Enlight Renewable Energy together with its Kosovan and German partners.
EBRD will support the construction of the wind farm with a EUR55 million (US$60.3 million) senior loan.
