Ukrainian energy group DTEK has completed the development of the 200 MW Prymorska wind project built in the Zaporizhia region.
The facility is developed in two phases, with each capacity of 100, for a total investment of up to EUR321 million (US$358 million). DTEK secured financing from German commercial banks for which it received guarantees by export credit agencies (ECA) Euler Hermes and Spain’s CESCE.
The project consists of 52 units of General Electric’s GE 3.8-130/137-110HH turbines. It is estimated to generate up to 700,000 MWh per year
